This arrangement is of three Canadian folk songs: Land of the Silver Birch, Vive la Canadienne! and Vive la Compagnie . It was premiered in Cuba on a tour to provide assistance, concerts, and instruments to some Cuban schools. The songs have no connection to one another except to help the Cuban students understand a little of our Canadian heritage through music.
