This beautiful and lyrical Chinese folksong features the talents of a flute player from within the ensemble. There is a harp part that could easily be performed on keyboard (set to harp sound) or on piano. The melody flows throughout the ensemble with many sections playing the melody line. Wonderful warm colors are brought forth with the arrangers clever use of orchestration.
