How long it will take to get my order?
The time it takes to receive your order is a combination of two things: Lead Time and Shipping Time. Lead Time is the time it takes us to select and pack your order for shipment. Shipping Time is the time
it takes the shipping company to take your order from our warehouse and deliver it to your door. This time depends on where you live. For estimated shipping time please refer to the chart below.

All orders are shipped within 12 hours after receiving payment confirmation. Most orders are shipped the same day as they are placed. There is almost no lead time or delays in the order being shipped. If an
item is not in stock, you will receive an email immediately giving an accurate time of us having the item(s) in stock and the reason for us not having those items in stock.
Shipping time is typically 7 days from the time your payment confirmation is received and the order leaves our warehouse. It is often less time than that but that is a good timeline.
Out of North America customers:
If your shipment is going outside the USA or Canada, length of final delivery depends on the typical speed of mail delivery in your country and the time required for products to move through your country's
customs or import tax system. Please note that you are responsible for any customs clearance, duties, taxes or other charges that may be incurred upon arrival of your shipment in your country. These fees are
not included in our shipping charges.
I need it faster than that!
No problem. In the Other Comments section of your order (found after the billing and shipping information is filled out) please indicate how quickly you need your order. You will receive an email very
quickly providing you the additional shipping cost (which will be processed as a second credit card transaction) and estimated time of arrival. We can overnight any order if you need it, but be sure you need it
that quickly, overnight costs are quite high for shipments anywhere in the world.
Can I return the music or CDs?
No. At this time, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless the music or CD is defected or there was an error in the shipment. Photocopying and CD ripping is so common that we cannot allow returns. We
do not send music on approval, consignment or trial.
